Is Heartcrafted Portraits a Photo Booth?
While Heartcrafted Portraits shares a few similarities to the typical photo booth, we are separated by a large list of differences. Photo studio lights, our signature portrait backdrop, a professional portrait photographer, and a high-end photo printer are all on site to run this personalized, private photo session. The images taken are professional grade, each having the quality and integrity to be printed as enlargements, as canvas, go into photo books or framed up in your home.
What Areas Do You Serve?
Heartcrafted Portraits is located in the Kansas City area. If your event is over a 100 miles from the metro area we’ll add a travel fee. Is your event nowhere near Kansas City? No problem! For any out of town inquiries, please get in touch for a custom quote
Can You Print Larger Photos?
Yes! All of our packages include one set of 4x6 prints, but if you wanted to increase the size, we can print up to a whopping 17x21!
If your guests love their portraits, they will also have the opportunity to purchase different photo sizes than the ones included in your package.
What Is The Best Time To Start The Session?
For weddings, just after the last speech and when the dance floor is about to open is an ideal time for us to begin. Otherwise, during cocktail hour is also a viable option. For Sessions lasting 3 hours or more, we can typically be open during both cocktail hour and post-dinner entertainment as well!
Is set-up and Tear-down part of my session time?
Not at all! We’ll show up 1 hour before your session time to set up. Tear-down takes about 30 minutes before we leave your event.
What is your payment structure?
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date with the balance due 30 days prior to the event. Date changes/requests are considered a cancellation.
